Solo (€19/mo) is a single-seat plan for HR consultants, org designers and headcount planners working on their own. Team (€79/mo) unlocks 5 seats plus Combine Scenarios and Execution Timeline — the features you need the moment two or more planners work on the same org in parallel.

Nothing dramatic. Your account returns to the Free plan, you keep all your data, and any positions above the Free limit are read-only until you upgrade. You are never charged automatically after a trial.

Choosing quarterly billing locks in a 15% discount compared to the monthly rate. You're billed once every three months. You can switch back to monthly at your next billing date at any time.

You'll get a clear warning before anything is blocked, and existing positions are never deleted. Upgrading to a higher plan instantly unlocks the extra positions — no data is lost.

Organigram is hosted in the EU and covered by an SCC-based Data Processing Agreement published at organigram.se/dpa. Our sub-processors (Stripe for billing, PostHog for product analytics, Resend for transactional email) are listed there. Your org data is never used to train AI models or shared with third parties.

Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and we won't charge you again.
